Rush orders

Order confirmation
When you receive & accept your quote, a 50% deposit of your order total is required to confirm your order. This is non-refundable and once your order is confirmed and the deposit is paid, any cancelations will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Min. of 3 working days is required between ordering and delivery/ collection. Rush orders will be charged extra. This also applies to any changes and/or additions made to orders within 3 days of delivery/collection. Rush fees will start at 25% of your order total.

Product Responsibility
Steep Bakes' responsibility ends when orders are delivered or collected at the pickup point. A 'Cake Care' instruction manual will be given out with orders and is available here, but Steep Bakes will not be held liable for anything that happens to your order after delivery/collection.

Creative Control
Handmade products have variations as each product will be unique. Thus, Steep Bakes reserves the right to determine the level of replication and creative license to the inspiration pictures sent through by clients. We will attempt to create a design very similar to the reference ideas, but no exact replicas will be made as every cake artist is different.
